As a home buyer who currently owns a home there are essentially three ways to move forward. The first is to sell your home and then purchase another. The second is to purchase a home now and then sell your current home. The second scenario requires that you be in a financial situation where you can carry the financing on both homes until you sell your existing home. The third scenario is when you find a home that you are interested in purchasing and then make an offer on that home “subject to the sale” of your existing home. This third scenario is rarely seen in the current market place. I can assist you in either selling first or buying first.

Through the Multiple Listing System identify and notify Realtors who are working with buyers looking for a home with your homes features

Provide a Public Open House with vendors approval

Follow up on all showings and communicate the feedback and activity to the vendor on a regular basis
